What kind of clay are you?

I was once asked what kind of clay do I want to be… I answered, “I want to be the kind that never dries out.” I was honestly thinking physical, but then it’s dual meaning hit me. The kind of clay that never dries out is always ready to be re-shaped. Always eager for the potter to come along and transform him into a new creation. So, I stick with my desire to be the kind that never dries out and thank God for letting me see this parallel. Isn’t it funny how he uses the world around us to reveal himself to us? – Makes me wonder what all I’ve missed along the way.

So, what kind of clay do you want to be?
